Arriving in Sardinia with a van full of motorbikes, or a car and trailer for bikes or a rubber dinghy, is the start of a fantastic adventure. But there is a practical obstacle everyone faces as soon as they disembark: where do I leave my main vehicle safely for the next few days?
Those who travel on two wheels or explore the coasts by boat know it well: classic street parking doesn't let you sleep soundly, and city or port parking garages have ruthless height limits that prevent vans and trailers from entering.
To solve this problem, we decided to open the doors of our large parking area to those who choose to stay with us. Villa Malvasio thus becomes your perfect Base Camp to explore Northern Sardinia without making typical logistical mistakes.

The advantages of our Long-Term Parking:
- 📹 24/7 Security: The outdoor parking area is located within our private property. It is fully fenced and equipped with a modern video surveillance system. Your vehicles rest peacefully.
- 🚐 Ample space (with an eye on maneuvering): Our yard can neatly accommodate up to 15 vehicles including cars, vans, and trailers. To ensure comfortable and safe maneuvering for everyone within the estate, we easily accept standard-sized vehicles and vans, up to a maximum length of about 7-8 meters.
- 📏 Do you have a special vehicle? Let's talk! If you travel with a maxi-van or a very long trailer (like those for transporting sailboats or large dinghies), access might be difficult. In these cases, we ask you to mandatorily contact us before booking: we will evaluate the available maneuvering space together to confirm feasibility without stress.
- 📍 Strategic Location: Our location in the Li Punti neighborhood is a superior logistical choice compared to the traffic of central Sassari. It is the ideal crossroads if you disembark or leave at dawn with ferries from Porto Torres (which is only 20 minutes away) and it is also a very valid and convenient alternative to hotels in Alghero, where parking vans and trailers is a real challenge.
How does the service work?
It's very simple. The extended parking service is an exclusive reserved for our guests. The basic rule is to book at least one night in our Suites.
It's the perfect tactical solution: you arrive by ferry, sleep the first night relaxing in the pool or our Private Spa, unload your vehicles calmly the next morning, and leave light for your tour. (Or, book the last night to recover your energy before the return trip!).
