2. Bookings and Stays
Bookings made through the site are subject to the sales conditions indicated in the Booking Engine.
* Security Deposit: No security deposit is required for standard stays. For Private Events, the Management reserves the right to request a security deposit to cover any damages, which will be refunded after checking the premises at the end of the event.
* BeSafe Rate: Guests are invited to consult the details of the included insurance policy if this specific rate is chosen during booking.
3. E-commerce and Newsletter (Services not active)
* E-commerce: Direct online sales of products or services are currently not active on the site. The information provided is for informational and booking purposes only.
* Newsletter: The newsletter subscription service is not currently operational. No systematic data collection is carried out for automated marketing communications.
4. Blog Comments Policy
Villa Malvasio welcomes dialogue and comments on its articles.
