- Elite Room Service: Daily room tidying (available upon request) and fresh towels every day. Bed linens are changed every 3 days.
- Linens Included: High-quality bed sheets and soft towels are ready for your arrival.
- Climate Comfort: Heating and air conditioning are fully included in the price.
- Private Parking: Your own reserved parking space within the villa grounds.

Note on Amenities: Suite 1 features a private whirlpool tub; all other accommodations are equipped with spacious, modern showers.

- Tourist Tax: For maximum clarity, the tourist tax is excluded from the room rate but is always clearly indicated in the quote and confirmation email.
- Protected Cancellation (BeSafe Rate): On our booking engine, you will find the BeSafe Rate, which includes insurance for your stay. We always recommend reading the policy conditions by downloading them from the link provided during the booking process to travel with total security.
